Nuclear weapons Nonproliferation Treaty conference @ UN, April 27-May 22. NYC WRL (Ruth & John have been on meetings) is working with the coalition initiated by Manhattan for a Nuclear-Free World, with NY Peace Action, NYS Pax Christi, Raging Grannies, et al. Many Japanese coming to NYC. Plans by this group:
Sunday, April 26, 2026 – Meet at NYPL, 10:00 – 11:45. Walk to Isaiah Wall and on to Dag Hammerskjold Plaza, ending at Noon. Speakers, music at both ends incl. Japanese & Korean delegation members & hibakusha. Estimated that there may be about 200 people. Share the flyer please!
