Join us on this 25th anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, 3 years since the Hamas attack on Israel, and almost 25 years since U.S. opened the Guantanamo prison.
Twenty-five years ago our signs said “war is not the answer,” and we have been proven correct. Since 2001 the world has seen endless wars that have made us less safe. We join with the millions around the world to demand a world without war.
Vigil and march with us on October 7. Imagine a World Without War!
Sponsors: NYC War Resisters League, NYC Metro Raging Grannies, World Can’t Wait, NYC Catholic Worker, Kairos Community (list in formation)
